Hello February

I truly don't know what to say, but time has brought me a year after last February. And I feel that's so fast. What a beautiful life cause I can through one year of my life in a circle of His blessing. Sadness and happiness, happy moments and bad moments, little things until big things. I am stronger and I am not I was. I have known much more about this life. Life which is actually really hard and heavy if you can not know which way you have to choose. So many people said that life is choice, and I have understood now that it is true, truly true even. 
Hello February ...
I am so shocked knowing what date today, just few days later it will approach February in this year. Second month in two thousand and thirthteen. I am so waiting for the eighteenth day of this lovely February. I have just amazed because finally I can through a year, and I have got so many lessons. And now I have found a new home. You know what I mean? That is someone who loves me so much I mean. He can get me for moving on from the bad days in past. 
February ...
Yes, you are. You are too be unforgettable on my mind. All about my stories in past until I found you, February, and because of you I can breathe to welcome you in this year. Hello February, please welcome in my new life exactly with all of my new stories. You know what? I only wish this February will be a long bridge for me to start everything new for my future.

Positive Thinking Is Your Key To Success

Positive thinking leads to greater self-esteem and it gives you that "can do" attitude, and one who thinks positively expects the best out of life and that is exactly what they get. A positive thinker is confident, they have a positive self-image, they see the good in life and that is what they focus on.
Positive Thinking Techniques to Build Self-Esteem: If you’d like to tackle problems with self-esteem, put positive thinking to work for you. Follow these simple tips to create a more positive attitude:


  • Take care of yourself. As you begin to follow a healthier lifestyle, you are giving yourself the message that you are worth taking care of.  Even if you’re not sure yet if you believe that, you’ll soon start to feel better physically, and that will help you feel more positive.  Exercise several times a week, eat healthy foods, and learn some relaxation techniques for when you need to take a stress break.
  • Surround yourself with positive energy. Make sure that the people around you are optimistic in their outlooks.  Nothing is more contagious than negativity, so try to banish it in your environment.  
  • Spot-check your attitude. Several times a day, take a moment to analyze what you’re thinking.  Are you being positive or negative?  If the latter, try to reframe the situation in more positive terms.  By becoming more self-conscious about your negativity, you’ll learn to curb it.
  • Use positive self-talk. Encourage yourself by giving yourself positive affirmations; e.g., “I am a self-confident individual who has much to offer.”  Avoid the use of “could-a” and “should-a” messages to yourself. Change what you need to change, and try not to beat yourself up in the process.  Allow a little humor into your talk.  Laughing at yourself and at life does reduce stress.
